Initially, I was confident in my decision to entrust this law firm with my representation. The intake specialist exhibited exceptional friendliness. However, my confidence waned when I encountered the “legal assistant” Sydney at the subsequent stage. Her inability to structure an email raised significant concerns. This is bothersome knowing she’d be the person handing the administration of the claim. Her most recent employment experience was as a server at Deny’s, coupled with attendance at community college and completion of a certificate. When I requested the termination of the agreement, the attorney, Corey, responded. His demeanor was indifferent, and he displayed a lack of empathy for my situation. Given the vulnerability I was in, I had anticipated a level of compassion from the legal team I had partnered with. Unfortunately, Corey’s conduct was characterized by cruelty. Law firms with experienced legal assistance are readily available. I encourage you to continue your search and find a firm that aligns with your expectations and provides the support you deserve.

My experience with Jenkins & Block was definitely a BIG 5 STARS. I had been denied on and off on my own for disability over 8yrs & prior to calling Jenkins & Block I had used another disability Lawyer FL & let me tell you I had Mr Bruce D Block & he was just amazing the whole time he kept in touch with me help fill out most of my paperwork answer all my questions made sure he met up with me in person a few times and even a hour before we had to go into see the judge I was able to wear my sunglasses in court cause it made me feel safe Mr bruce got me a answer the same day we applied my case not to mention I had a tough judge!!! And I honestly thought since I had already been deny with a disability then had to wait 6/9month for the judge to send me a deny letter Mr block was a breast in that court room he spoke up for me and really fought for me to win my case!! The first lawyer I hired was a joke then he don’t never meet up to talk in person or offer to help me with my paperwork!!! I highly recommend Jekins & Block to anyone who wants to win they’re ssi

They only take the easy cases, that you could've just won on your own without representation. The people truly struggling to receive help because they're not so obviously disabled, aren't cared about, because it's not easy money, and they actually have to work for it. These people are only out for the easy money. Not to truly help anyone.

I had terrible experience with this firm. Dragged on for 4 years. Very incompetent, if you need attorneys, I’d recommend another firm. Many working on case are not even attorneys.
