Very condescending, will interrupt you. Has no friendly persona. He will have no compassion for your case. I was upfront and honest with him, told him I didn't know if I had a case or not, he could have just said no case and moved on. He made it very clear he wasn't interested in my situation or case, the heavy sighs and the 'Well, it is at will state' was super aggravating.
