This is a long overdue testimonial about this office. I had chosen to work with them since they are right next door to my husband's office. I came to their office couple of times to find out what I need to do. After being told that they can help me with my brother’s situation on the immigration petition, they had charged $1200. No update was given. When we would call to get an update, we were always asked to submit something like as if we are on step 1 again and again. We had left so many messages and Atty Hsia could at least had given us a call. 2016, we received a notice from the USCIS stating that our representative (lawyer) should submit a specific paperwork. We tried calling to see if they had done that …… they ghosted us. Atty. Hsia, we would appreciate a phone call so I can provide you the notice that I am speaking of.
