My name is Dr Richard Fogel. I hired Dow fir health care issues. During several conversations with Dow he list his temper and poise. He screamed. Used inappropriate language to me. On one such occasions family member was present. For whatever reasons Dow was quite mean to me. O. Another occasion I heard Dow scream and berate someone in his office. I realize that my review is different then the ones posted. I am very suspicious of the relationship had with the prosecutor in my case. I never understood why Dow was so harsh and mean to me. After so many years I feel as if I did not fit a fair defense. It is my opinion that if I had outstanding representation that a much better outcome could have been obtained.
