ATTORNEY JAYNA MOLINA SAVED OUR IMMIGRATION CASE! My spouse and I were being represented by an absurdly expensive and well-marketed immigration law firm for a marriage-based residency petition. Since the “5-star” law firm was based in New Jersey, we hired Jayna just to accompany us to the USCIS interview in Connecticut. As soon as Jayna looked at our case, she realized that the law firm representing us had been extremely negligent with our case! On the weekend before our Monday interview, we learnt that none of our relationship evidence had been uploaded into the USCIS portal and that the option to request a translator for my spouse was not selected. We also learnt that we were supposed to have a mock interview, which the other law firm never performed for us.
