Custody and Visitation: I went from having my child full time, to now having to move across the country and share 50/50 custody with my child’s father. I feel like I lost every trial that was attended and was forced to take a settlement I didn’t want due to the lack of faith/confidence I had in my lawyer and court system (and not wanting to return to the court room for the reasons previously stated).
