MICHAEL W. KRUTMAN, ESQ. concentrates in the areas of Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Lemon Law, and Consumer Fraud. Mr. Krutman has been practicing law in the State of New Jersey for over 22 years. He is one of less than 2% of attorneys in the State of NJ who are Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. Mr. Krutman has been acknowledged by his peers as a “Super Lawyer” Personal Injuryin 2005, 2012, and again in 2013 for Plaintiff’s Personal Injury by New Jersey Monthly Magazine.
He was recognized by Martindale-Hubbell as BV Distinguished with a very high rating in both legal ability and ethical standards. Mr. Krutman is an Adjunct Professor at Rider University where he has taught Trial Advocacy. He serves as a Court Appointed Arbitrator for the Mercer County Superior Court for Personal Injury cases and served as an Arbitrator of Lemon Law cases for the Better Business Bureau.
Mr. Krutman has been a speaker for the National Business Institute on the “Litigation of Personal Injury Cases”. He is licensed to practice law in the States of New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and the District of Columbia and is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States and the United States Court of Federal Claims. He is a member of the New Jersey and Mercer County Bar Associations and the New Jersey Association of Justice.
