If I could give a 100 instead of 5, I would! Ismail and his team (esp. Furkan and Melissa in my case) literally saved my life! No kidding...I first contacted him in early 2020 about filing for asylum as a broke international grad student. While most other lawyers asked for a lot of money in the beginning, he and his team worked with me and came up with an installment plan. Then, the pandemic hit and there were multiple times I couldn't pay my fee on time but he was so understanding and reschedule those payment without a penalty. My case, as all other cases, involved a lot of unique details and with every single detail being added to my case, his team were really careful. I also moved a couple of times and even changed my state, they worked with me to make sure that never causes a problem. Around 4 years into my case and still waiting, they introduced me to another lawyer to file for mandamus, which was also excellent legal advice. On the day of my interview, my case was supposed to be sent from another office in another state and they just didn't do it. So, they told us we have to wait for a reschedule, which usually takes a long time but somehow, Ismail talked to them and convinced them to do my interview as scheduled already. My point in mentioning all of these details is this: Ismail and his team REALLY care and do everything they can to help, including giving excellent legal advice. What they did, however, was far beyond that as every step they took literally led to saving my life and having an established life here in the US.
