I gerly Rafael padilla. I've known lawyer Nancy Norman for more than 12 years. She is the lawyer of my family, it was a good decision to have put in her hands to take my case. I arrived here in 2012 I was less than 2 years old. When she got me a work permit which served me a lot. Due to an oversight of mine, I lost a court. Which the immigration judge decided that I should leave the country. But with the help of "Nancy Norman" the deportation was stopped. I also won the "Estadia" in this country for me and my family! And let's go for more. Nancy, you are a former lawyer. God bless you always. Thank you very much for your services!

I feel the need to share my experience with Nancy so that other people are aware of how she may or may not take on your case. I sought Nancy’s help in 2019 on a case dealing with deportation. To summarize the story, Nancy is basically the lawyer to give you false hope and charge you dollars on dollars when knowing ultimately she cannot do anything for you in the long run. But instead she will have you clinging on to false hope of a resolution. I was turned off by her in the very beginning but gave the benefit of doubt. She sat in our faces on several occasions telling us the case was a breeze to solve as long as we file the i-130. Since then we have spoken to 4… yes 4 difference lawyers who upon just glancing at the documents told us that the case was impossible to get around without dismissing the original issue dating back to 1999. This is something Nancy never knew herself but question is HOW. If that fact in the case is so glaring, that other lawyers see it within minutes of reading the case how could see have overlooked it? As a lawyer she either really doesn’t know how to read court documents and/or doesn’t know much about the removal process OR she does and just wanted to continue taking money. (Which is something another immigration lawyer had warned me against. She warned me of any other lawyer (in this case Nancy) who might say they are able to help me and continue to take my money when in reality there is no chance of resolve. But what really gets me is that she is GIVING BAD ADVICE that is downright incorrect. Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t the main point of seeking legal counsel to get good and useful information on how to get a situation resolved? You will NOT find that with Nancy. Seek the help of a more knowledgeable lawyer. She is unorganized and very delayed in relaying information. USCIS sent me a letter in march of 2020 and Nancy emailed me about the letter a month later as if this was new news to me. She is condescending and speaks to you as if you should know the information on the very thing you are seeking her counsel on. When in reality SHE IS GIVING INCORRECT INFORMATION she will tell you one thing but when you talk to a USCIS representative they will inform you that that info is completely incorrect. She charged me $1000 to verbally talk me through filing an I-130 which is something anyone can do and not something you really need to pay a lawyer. Well back to Nancy who for one has just an apathetic attitude and overall messy and seemingly unkept appearance from her hair, to her clothes, to her messy office. I just wouldn’t give her a dollar. After speaking with 4 immigration lawyers after Nancy, I can confidently advise others to stay away from her office! Good luck to anyone seeking an immigration lawyer!! P.s. The two ladies in the front end are always very sweet aside from the scheduling mix ups.

"Mark is an exceptional lawyer who truly cares about his clients' needs. He provided me with great legal counsel, demonstrating honesty and fairness throughout our interactions. While I haven't had the pleasure of working with his wife in immigration matters, I can confidently recommend Mark based on my experience. He's a true caregiver in the legal field."
