David hogue is a horrible attorney him and the prosecutor were working together smiling the whole time at each other trying to get me to plea to two charges when I only had 1 charge. Tried to get me to sign a plea that they agreed on and than told me they couldn't make any promises but that I would prob go to prison today. He has been my attorney for almost 6 months and I've only spoken to him twice he never answers the phone never calls back never answers texts Arkansas is a very corrupt state do not get in trouble there and definitely do not hire this sleaze bag of a lawyer he should of never even been given a license to practice law bc he doesnt know the law or follow the law and neither do the prosecutors they make or ok misses and pleas but never actually follow thru with what they say no matter the law and they try to railroad you knowing your innocent
