Mr. Hinkle is another attorney who will not even talk to a possible client before refusing to help them. He has a secretary that calks you to tell you he won't help you even though Mr. Hinkle will not talk to a possible client himself. More money hungry attorneys. They don't care about regular people. Horrible business. I would definitely not recommend even attempting to hire Mr. Hinkle. He won't talk to you.
