I gave a call to the office and set up a meeting with lawyer, Matthew Hall, to dispute a parking ticket. I was told this is something he would take on, and I was asked to fill out a form with all of the details and pictures. I did and scheduled a meeting for 1 week later. In order to make it to the meeting, I took time off from work and waited in the zoom call. Matthew never joined nor gave me a call. He just emailed during the meeting to say they didn't take parking ticket cases. This is highly unprofessional and very disrespectful of other people's times. If this is the experience upfront, this is not a lawyer nor a group I would want to work with on any matter.
