Mr.Forsmith handled my case well and diligently. His office was rather difficult to get in contact with and get documents I needed submitted but overall they did the job they were supposed to . The second reason for the deduction on the second star was poor follow ups on paperwork to be pushed through to the Administration, that doesn’t make sense to me because if someone is getting paid to handle the legalities all of the aspects from start to finish should be taken care of.
