UPDATE: Jeff met with me where he did apologize and proceeded to draft the order that I needed free of charge on top of other things. It takes a lot for a professional to acknowledge the wrong that occurred and even more for them to take action and address it. I want this review to reflect the corrective steps he took to get here and going forward I will be recommending his services based off of that alone.
