Pretty sure the online chat is some sort of scam for your info ?? Attempted to get basic answer/clarification in order to determine if I should pursue services. "Susanne," via chat, asked a lot of contact info, but couldn't provide any basic info / answers. She just said that someone should be contacting me pretty quickly to discuss. Well, that didn't happen. So kind of scary that you get asked your name, address, phone number, email address and then nothing. IDK, the whole online chat felt questionable. But then the total lack of anyone reaching out like she said they would, just makes me feel pretty confident my info was sold to God knows where.
