Completely Unprofessional Staff. Rude and try to rush you off the phone. They act as though they are responsible for directing your call and matching you with the right attorney in the firm but then are unable to make critical thought decisions based on basic case parameters to assist in making the connection. They will waste half your time interrupting you about your case details, and then tell you they don't have the requisite knowledge to advise you on who your counsel should be. Asking to answer simple questions on the type of work that could be done will be met with: "You're wasting my resources" (I think they meant time). "Pay us $500 and then we can tell you what can be done in your case, but possibly nothing, but I can't say, but I will say, but just give me $500 and then you will find out." If this is how they treat potential clients, who only want to be thorough in understanding the scope of possible services, then STAY FAR AWAY. To be clear, nothing I asked was very complex. Couple of miss filings by my last attorney. Some judgements that were entered as a result of poor or nonexistent legal preparation. Things that could likely be petitioned by the court for second review based on excusable neglect or some other legal justification. Horrible first impression by this law firm. The best part of the conversation was when I got to say, "Judging by how obstruse and rude you have been I don't think I will be giving your law firm any money let alone $500." and then I hung up. So, satisfying (along with this review of my experience).

Jennifer Hemmer is by far the most professional, kind, understanding, supportive and very very knowledgeable about the law and her clients rights. She is very hands on. Her staff is kind and very supportive of Jennifer clients. Patty her assistant is so kind and thoughful. I could of not got the piece of mind during a very difficult time in my life. I hired Jennifer Hemmer. Her service was negligent, she did not represent my or my children's interests, poor explanation of the divorce process and proceeded with her own strategies dismissing my concerns. Missed a crucial detail in my court documents which could have expedited my divorce! Her consultation with me would take place mins before court hearings, feeling rushed and unplanned. Despite my requesting a professional and culturally competent private custody mediator, she recommended a mediator who's shouldn't be practicing! As a result, I spent 1 hr losing thousands of dollars and drawing out an excruciating divorce!
