I just called them to setup an appointment after reading reviews from all firms locally. The person answering the phone kept talking over me when I tried to explain what I needed. They told me the next available appointment wasn't until August and referred me to another firm. I was fine to wait until August but since they were pushing me to another firm and being short with me on the phone I thought it was best that I take my business somewhere else.
