She is the worst and most unprofessional lawyer I have ever dealt with. First she’s used as a divorce attorney, she’s convinced there are children shared between the divorcing parties but there were NONE! Insists child support needs to be paid FOR CHILDREN THAT DO NOT EXIST! Then fast forward 3 years, we need to have the “marital house” taken care of. First, she insisted we needed to file bankruptcy!!! When we actually don’t! We don’t have debt to file bankruptcy for! We went back over the house which was to be refinanced in the ex’s name, but here we are 4 years later, 3 court dates later and the house IS STILL NOT TAKEN CARE OF! As a matter of fact, she immediately went into child support again, FOR CHILDREN THAT DO NOT EXIST IN OUR CASE! She literally helped the ex out 100%. Between Heidi and her “assistant”, they do not return calls and Heidi gets very rude when you show up to her office. She stole money for us by not doing what she was hired to do and has the nerve to attempt to charge more. A formal complaint will be made with the bar. I wouldn’t hire Heidi again if she were the last lawyer in the Country.
