We used this Law Office so that I could become Guardian to the most amazing 19 year old young man that came to America from a country that persecuted people of the Islamic faith. Unfortunately shortly after he arrived, his family back home disowned him and cut him off. Hari Heerkar came highly recommended for handling special juvenile status cases where a Guardian can be appointed by the family court. For us, this is the first step in adoption. It took less than 2 months from the time we walked into Hari's office to our December 18th court date. On that day, as my boy and I waited for our case to be called, there were three other Guardian appointee cases ahead of ours. All the attorneys, including Hari when it was our turn, appeared via zoom in the courtroom. Three separate cases with three different attorneys and the judge found fault or errors or unsatisfactory paperwork that resulted in all three case being postponed for future dates. When it was our turn, and the judge was reviewing our case while talking to Hari via zoom- within in a couple minutes it was approved and over so fast that Zee and I barely had time to cry and hug each other as we left - approved! That is the kind of experience you can expect from this law office. Fast efficient and affordable and perfectly handled. Since that day, I have had occasion to contact Hari for a couple follow-up questions/information. I sent text via What's App and I swear to God, I had my answers and or paperwork I requested in less than a minute. I have read some of the less than complimentary reviews and I am at a loss as to the experiences that they were dissatisfied with. While I realize everyone including Hari can have a bad day, it wouldn't have effected his ability to deliver like he did for us. I HIGHLY recommend this man and his office.
