Liz there for a min was a bit rude but I just stopped emailing her and started emailing Merry. Other then the 1 rude email from Liz. My time with heenan and cook company I had a great experience. Didn't get quite what I was asking for but I rather still be here living and breathing then any money in this world. RUN, RUN, RUN, FASTOur experience with them was horrible. Very little communication if at all. Never returned emails, phone calls, maybe talked to him 2 times in 1 year. He even sent an apology letter with excuses. Then when I questioned the communication, Joe Cook sent a (text) stating we had a good case (he was to get 40%) but that it was only a $250,000 wrongfull death suit and that we would be better off going somewhere else. OVER A TEXT. Never AGAIN did he answer a call, an email, ever and sent all our paperwork back after WASTING A WHOLE YEAR OF OUR DEMISE and leaving a disabled person behind in the ashes who was wrongfully killed.Yes!!RUN ELSEWHEREthanks Heenan & Cook(JOE COOK) FOR "NOTHING"Who is Heenan?
