Patrick abandoned me in the middle of mediation session and said there was a conflict of interest. Even though, I already signed paperwork and met him for consult, etc. Everything was good in the first couple of weeks and then suddenly on the morning of mediation, he said he couldn't provide services and got up left. It was traumatizing.

After my review below, Patrick then became involved and was apologetic about the situation. I am pleased to say it was smooth after that. The case was completed and my daughter is now officially my daughter. He even went so far as to file for the new birth certificate instead of making us wait longer. I appreciate that he was able to get this done for us. Never get any updates and when you call to ask for them, you are told they will take a message and someone will call back. That never happens!!! EVER. When you ask to talk to Patrick Waters, you are told that he is not available as well. When you ask for a refund to take it to another attorney that will make you any kind of priority, you are told that the office manager is not available. THIS IS AN ADULT ADOPTION, Papers were ALL signed 3 MONTHS ago and still NOTHING!!!!!! 10/10 would NOT recommend.
