I contacted Eric about 4 years ago maybe he was just barely starting but he was the most useless lawyer i have everrrrr met with he dodnt even nnow what to say when he was speaking he took about 20 seconds to respond to their questions and he did nothing in my prt to defend me, he did absolutely nothing, i was devastated because i trusting this man, and i see so many good reviews but why didnt he try even 20 minutes of the court day with my case. If i could fire him i wiuld this was unacceptable and i will never forgive him!!!

Went into court and handled everything myself as it was a frivolous motion from my ex wife. When I came to Mr. Richard Hart office and we went over my case you stated the most important part of my case was Mr ___ Criminal Record which includes the following and the mother moving my children to the most dangerous area in Milwaukee for murders, I and crime. The Commissioner was totally new to my case. He gave you the floor Mr. Hart to show the foundation of my case with the reason for our MOTION that's all in the court file. You started your opening statement about the school that's not even in my MOTION, and Mr. Hart, you and I already agreed right before the court that's an issue I have to get the mother to approve, not the court. Then, Attorney Hart, you got to speak two times, you spoke not one word about what you stated was the core of me having a chance of winning my family's full placement case. Then _____ attorney put in a no-grounds motion, didn't how much placement we both had or how to add the child support cost. It's no way we should have lost to her with how ____ was presented. Because of the representation, we got from you as an attorney, my family is in more danger with my daughter being at a house alone with this man, with no bedroom doors (CHILDREN PICTURE WITH NO DOORS), and my children being separated from each other. Because of the above, I'm asking will you please, please replenish my $3,000 with no charges from my credit card(Debt). As from the above my family is worse than when l came to your office. Then l am asking if it is best for you to turn my case over to his son, Eric Hart, for a new start to go for the DONOVO HEARING, plus, with a cheaper hourly rate for this long case run? Then this is what I sent Ms. _____(6 Email To Her Never A Respond), and you Mr. Hart: First, _____ boyfriend, _____, his child's Mother stated he kidnapped her, tied her up, and abused her several times ( All of this is IN MY MOTION, which never was mentioned). The judge found enough grounds in that case to grant the mother a 3-year restraining order against Mr. _____, which ended months ago. He was served and never showed up for court to deny anything. He has 2 OWIs and had to be put on a driving monitor machine, then he has a drug conviction. Second, the Mother, ____ works 6 days a week for 9 to 10 hours, with the children, and now our daughter, ____will be alone with her boyfriend in the summertime with no school at his house with no doors throughout the whole house except the bathroom. Attached, from my children with pictures of them at the doorway of their bedrooms! Third, Mr. ______ house where our children are living also with _______N. 24th St. is just 7 blocks from where six people were Murdered/Massacred in the house. Then on the same block they live now two girls were murdered right before Yuki moved our children into his house. It's Murder Memorial trees and spaces all around their house. I told ____ all this on Our Family Wizard, with the Newspapers (It's all in the filing of my Motion) from them before she moved there and she never even responded. That is the highest murder and crime area in Milwaukee. I am requesting an emergency DONOVO hearing right away. I am asking Ms. _____ to also go to their home or use a Zoom Meeting to see all of this. Then both of you please read again through my FULL ORIGINAL MOTION which brought about this case. I believe from Mr. ___' criminal history and the fact that there are no doors in the bedrooms. Their mother works 9 to 10 hours 6 days a week, _____they're alone without her siblings, summer time no school which is a very big danger from all this information and especially the attachment here. There is nothing in my Court File Motion about our school issue, that came up on April 16th after the fact! All of the others above are in my Motion. This endangerment of my children was never even presented to this first-time commissioner on our case, and wasn't mentioned at all throughout the court case. Then the commissioner's order for ___ to use Our Family Wizard isn't even in his final order.
