Attorney Steven W. Harris received both his undergraduate degree and his graduate degree from Louisiana State University. Now, he is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Louisiana Association for Justice (Board of Governors), and the Alexandria Bar Association. Since 1973, Steven W. Harris has been a member of both the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Louisiana. His areas of practice include personal injury, medical malpractice, and offshore accidents. In 1971, Attorney Harris received the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellence in Contracts. From 1972 to 1973, he was a member of the Robert Lee Tullis Moot Court Board and a member of the Louisiana Law Review. From 1973-1974, he was a law clerk to Ben C. Dawkins, Jr., Chief Judge, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
