I have now used Phil on 2 cases. The first, going on two years ago involved a malfunctioning garage door at a facility closing on my head. We won that case... Phil knocked it out of the park. The second, (just my luck) I was involved in a hit-and-run. The driver, was intoxicated and had made gun gestures at me prior to hitting me. He tried to argue that and fight it, push it off for months and months with his evasive layer though shady techniques and deception. They did all they could to oppose our case against them. Again, Phil did not disappoint. Not only Phil, but his responsive and polite team. I have likely 100 emails back and forth with them as well as dozens of calls with Phil and as someone who makes their living on the phone and over email, Phil has really impressed me by how responsive and effective he and his team are. On the second case, he let me know he hopes I never need him again but is here if I do. I feel the same and would call him first 10 out of 10 times.

I just saw Phil Harding on Great Day Colorado. It was an awesome ten minute education on expert witnesses, event data recorders and missed medical diagnosis. I am not yet a client but I was so impressed with his knowledge and eloquence I had to write this. You should have your own legal info TV show - I would watch it!
