Do not under any circumstances do business with the Hampton And Pigott law firm. Specifically hiring an individual female attorney to represent you in any legal proceeding. Unfortunately, per Google Reviews policy, I cannot mention this female attorney’s name otherwise I would so from here, I’ll refer to her as NC. Prior to NC working for Hampton And Pigott, the NC was a judge for the 18th Judicial District. That is Arapahoe County felony court. Let me tell you a story about NC. NC made my life a living hell from July 2016 to February 2017. I was charged with a felony crime that I did not commit. Stalking. NC ordered I stay incarcerated inside the Arapahoe County Detention Facility because NC believed I was a flight risk as I was extradited from out of state. Whatever the prosecutor wanted, NC ordered it. Whatever my defense attorney asked for, NC declined us. One court date, NC ordered the sherriff deputy remove me from the court room and to place me inside a suicide cell because I told the prosecutor stop offering my defense attorney plea bargains as we are going to trial. Eight months went by until our trial date in February 2017. Their only so called evidence was me looking at someone’s LinkedIn profile. Looking at a LinkedIn from 1,000 miles away is felony stalking according to them. Five days of trial later, the jury of 12 people came back with a verdict of not guilty. My defense attorney also asked for the arrest to be expunged/sealed from my record yet NC of course said no regardless of the fact that I was just found not guilty of the made up crime. Additionally, even though I won, I had to pay for my own way back out of state. I just did 8 months incarcerated in the Arapahoe County Jail for a crime I did not commit no thanks to NC. Fast forward to May 2022. I came across and seen a news clip video on You Tube of NC being dismissed/forced to resign/terminated by the State Of Colorado Supreme Court justices from the bench of the Arapahoe County District Court because apparently NC made insulting and offensive racial slurs about African Americans in her own court room. Do a search over the internet. It will verify this claim. I wrote a letter and sent this email to everyone who works at the Hampton And Pigott law firm telling them about my own personal story as well as the news story. In a matter of days, NC applies for a civil order of protection/restraining order to be placed on me. Yet I made zero threats of violence or property damage against NC. Additionally, NC runs to the Aurora Police Department asking them to charge me with felony retaliation against a judge. The Arapahoe County District Attorney’s Office disagreed with NC and didn’t file the criminal charges against me. If NC comes after me anymore than that, I’ll file a civil lawsuit against NC in the federal district court. Protected freedom of speech. So my question to you is: why would you want to hire NC as your attorney to represent you when NC did all that? Think about it.

If I could give more stars, I totally would! I had a very complex case, and Natalie Chase was my attorney. From our very first meeting, I knew my daughter would be in amazing hands. Natalie went completely above and beyond for us! She was SO respectful to the law, and knew exactly what to do in all of our situations at hand.
