Communication was consistent and great, they were open to answering any questions I had through out every and any point in the whole process. They were wonderful about keeping me informed, breaking things down for me to understand better, and even helping me with questions that were injury/insurance related even if it had nothing to do with my case. Austin, Yasmine, and Santiago were all wonderful to work with. My brother recommended me to Hale, and I recommended them to my husband. I will definitely use them for any future incidents (hopefully there won't be) and I will recommend them to anyone i know that might be in need of their help.

This company when I say run away and find you a company that is willing to look out for your best interests. I mean run fast, If you don’t want anything and think their kindness is genuine it’s not! Let me first start by saying all these people who gave them good ratings they Must be paid to leave them a A good review. Let me first start from the very beginning when I was hit in a very serious accident and the tow truck driver who was there to help get my car, started asking me for a tip!!! what the nerve of the tow truck driver I was just in an accident and now he wants a tip Then, as I’m hurt and sitting there not thinking correctly, he asked who’s fault it was. He thought that I was at fault and when I told him the other lady was he right away got on the phone and told me to stay by my phone that Lady would be calling me ,well that lady was Drea who works with this company who then had Austin reach out to me, yeah at first they sounded all happy and nice and everything but then as soon as it all started going, I didn’t even hear from them. I had to always reach out to them . My son was also with me and they had us both going to a chiropractor, and then they didn’t even have him see a pain management doctor till the very end when at that time he didn’t even need one but they insisted which he should’ve seen in the very beginning. Trust me when I say they have their best interest at heart not yours. I have a serious brain injury, my neck I need surgery and all I walked away with was a small sum and they still got a nice amount considering that Heather said I would walk away happy and no I’m not happy!!! When you feel you’ve been taking advantage of, it doesn’t feel very good. We never knew who we were dealing with. It always got passed around to the next person when I brought up the tow truck driver Austin acted like he didn’t even know who I was talking about. I didn’t find them from the Yellow Pages and I sure the hell didn’t find them from their reviews. If you go look at their yelp reviews it’s very sad. A lot of more people have dealt with the same kind of issue that me and my son had to deal with dealing with this law firm. If I could give them a zero I would, I wouldn’t have even gave them. The one star their snakes in the grass they act like they have your best interest. They act all nice and sweet and then they screw you in the end. I would never ever refer this law firm to my worst enemy let alone a friend stay far away from them I mean it they are terrible people and only have their best interest at heart.

i highly recommend the Hale Injury law office . They are very nice and fast ,in 3 months i got my claim and im happy on what i got . They will take care of you in getting the doctors, chiropractor and test. i like Ana she is my case manager . She’s very helpful. Thank you so much Austin for all your help. More power!!!

Contacted Hale injury regarding an accident on the other side of town and was quickly given consultation & recommendation to begin treatment. Everyone involved, including my case manager Mayra was very attentive and helpful in the entire process which from start to finish wrapped up in about 3.5 months flat. I am happy with the end result, as it definitely was and would've been a better outcome than attempting to go it alone against an insurance company- regardless of whatever evidence I had in my own hands. I would definitely recommend them especially given the previous experience I had with a different law firm & they were nowhere near as informative, attentive or proactive in getting the case settled so everyone could carry on with their lives.
