Really disappointed with this firm, did not get value from the $$$ paid. Mysterious issues with their software resulted in 2 of 4 family members having to enter application details into the Grzeca Law software multiple times in efforts to correct incorrect details. We had to repeatedly chase and follow-up on our emails, which were eventually found in their Spam more than once. Finally, despite multiple assurances, the personal information for my Husband was still incorrect when he attended his interview - the Officer had to manually correct the form. This is not the experience we expected when entering into a Contract for assistance with our Naturalization Application. There was no acknowledgement of the inconvenience we were caused, no apology and not once did they offer to 'make right' the situation. Our case was straight forward, there's no reason for the complications that ensued.
