I file Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, which can help you put an end to harassing creditors, repossessions, garnishments, evictions, and foreclosure. Ultimately, my goal is to ensure you receive a financial fresh start so you can move forward without the weight of the world on your shoulders. I have been practicing bankruptcy law since 2004 and have personally filed over 3,500 cases in the last ten years. I help families who are trying to provide a better life for their kids; people who are so stressed out, they can’t remember not having a pit of dread in their stomach; and people who are literally sick and tired of living paycheck to paycheck and never getting ahead. I believe that everyone deserves a financial do-over—not to mention a little kindness. Our past doesn’t have to determine who we are for the rest of our lives.
