Used this company to close on my house. Took multiple calls to get my money. It took over 24 hrs and finally got it when I was told it would take a few hours. Next....now over 1 week and my home equity loan is not paid off. Bank said they don't see any pending payments. Called them and got no response! Trying to buy a new house and keep getting push back because I told them this HELOC was paid off. I would not recommend.

They also used a new software called Quail that allowed us to communicate very efficiently and gave a timeline of what documents they were waiting for on their end during the process. It also allows you to request an update or send a message to them at any time.
