Don’t waste your time or funds on this firm especially if you work at a certain aerospace company. I went there with a certain amount of time left to finish my OSHA complaint against the company and hired Timothy Lewis for the case he did nothing ,I even had to call and check in to see if things were going on. It was so sloppy, not one witness was contacted by this firm nor was there any communication with the client -ME. The case was thrown out of court and when I asked for copies of the contract I signed with the firm to represent me in court of course it was lost and he’s not sure if he remembers ever signing one with me. Yes I should’ve got a copy I know but you hire lawyers to trust them. You can see my case online David W Martin versus the Boeing company.
