As I look at my life today, I won't heed to malice or vindictive emotions, as I thought I would seeing this attorney online. Yes, Mr Salerno maybe a wonderful family attorney and the hero of many women and a few men through divorce trials, but as my criminal lawyer, I only experienced a shell of these traits others experience. No lie, I had a criminal case that was pure garbage and no I was not completely innocent, but had I a attorney with just a tad of tenacity, I'd have had a much healthier turn out and a higher review of this guy. My entire family of black, white, Latino and Italians, petitioned this man to act; to be diligent; find the evident loops of bull, and obtain a reasonable outcome. After 14 months in county lock up, on non violent offense allegations; I had to threaten Salerno's integrity before a magistrate just to get a bond reduction hearing. He was rude to me during court and county appearances, hung up on my jail calls repeatedly, and showed no intention to be the voice that Florida's legal bar sets as representation for the accused. The entire time he represented me, literally nothing happened; so much so that we parted ways for a second attorney who although was in this same characterless standing as this alleged criminal attorney, settled for a plea signing that was portrayed as unobtainable per Mr Salerno. As far as any brother or sister incarcerated and appointed this attorney, I'd definitely not recommend as the hero. This guy even fought the court up to a year after I took a plea for compensation after he was removed from my case. Guess there wasn't any divorce money coverage.

Mr. Salerno met with me on Saturday morning to discuss my case which was really convenient because it was really hard for me to get off work. I was able to make a deposit that I could afford and he work with me to set up a payment plan. After that Mr. Salerno took care of all the paper work and going to court and I was a very satisfied with how things turned out. He was always available to answer my questions and I had a lot of them. There are many lawyers out there that promise a lot of things and are always asking for more money.
