I just finished a 2 year long case, in which I hired Mr.Gallo to represent me. I was facing 13 counts of felony theft and Mr.Gallo had them dropped to 1 count of a Gross Misdemeanor of Conspiracy to Commit Theft. Mr. Gallo was very professional, explained all the important aspects of my case very clearly, and made the process less stressful. I can't say enough positive things to my experience with Mr.Gallo and I definitely recommend him if you need a criminal attorney to represent you. The only critic I have, is of Mr. Gallo's secretary/receptionist named Cynthia. She is the lady who always answered the phone and replied to emails when I called or emailed, and the person whom I corresponded with when it wasn't Mr.Gallo himself speaking with me. Cynthia was very rude over the phone many times, and many times cut me off when I tried getting a point across. She also charged my debit card for $500 when I specified to only charge my account for $300, causing me to overdraft. She offered to reverse the charge , but by then the overdraft fee was applied to my account. Cynthia also emailed me thinking I was another of Mr.Gallo's clients and within that email was the clients name and sensitive information which I'm sure the client wouldn't want another person to see. She immediately emailed me saying that email wasn't for me. I'm sure Cynthia is very busy helping Mr.Gallo with all his clients, but she needs to pay more attention and not be so rude over the phone. It's possible that dealing with clients over the years, Cynthia has experienced her fair share of rude clients, and maybe that's hardened her personality, but my point is that she is who you will deal with most of the time, so I had to speak about my experience with her. Overall My experience with Mr.Gallo was 5 out of 5 stars and I won't let his secretary change my opinion of him as an attorney. You will receive great representation!

I highly recommend retaining Mr gallo to represent you. He's very direct so you understand what you're going to be going through. It was my first arrest but it was a felony.
