Great firm. Ryan Sink was my contact throughout my case. Any emails he received/sent, I was copied on within 1-2 mins. of the actual email being received on his end, he was thorough and quick. In regards to his personality; he was easy to work with and made sure I understood everything that occurred as it was occurring and didn't make me feel stupid, which is easy to do from a lawyer perspective. I have repeatedly tried contacting Fox and Sink back after my initial phone screening in which they told me to just call them back if I needed any help, and I've called and left multiple messages now with zero response from any of them. If you don't want clients who have winning cases then just say so when you first talked to me! I need a lawyer! Don't lead people on and say "Call us back if you need representation" if you aren't going to give it! EDIT: Now they're responding telling me I have them confused with another firm, these people are a real piece of work trying to act like they haven't spoken with me over the phone. I guess I can be glad that they've ignored me seeing them for their true colors. There is no mistake or confusion. Do not trust this firm!
