The staff and Mr. Foulke are great, IF they think your case is worth millions of dollars! Otherwise, in my experience, the secretaries seem to take things personally, they completely lie, "legal malpractice" is something right on their very own website, as well the bar told me is something this firm handles, yet because the secretaries have decided I'm a nuisance they lie and say "No." The secretaries are frustrating to deal with, and the attorney, therefore, won't call you back. I'll be calling the bar next to inform them they (as well as the Foulke lawfirm website) are evidently wrong, according to the secretaries. Therefore, I cannot recommend this attorney, or staff and take tem seriously in good faith. It's horrible. Please stop making things personal.
