Nice lady to talk to but that's it she lied about a few things told me she dismissed my case because of fema money when in fact she filed a skeletal case which means she only filed a bit of my case( so I'm told) not all so the court dismissed my case not her because she didn't turn all my paperwork in that she had she doesn't call back even though they have caller id she even admitted she watched me call for 2 weeks then said I was calling to much when all she had to do was answer the first call. She is a nice lady but her work performance needs alot of work
