When my sheriff's detective brother contacted his state attorney office colleagues to find the best criminal defense attorney in Pinellas County, they said to use Lucas Fleming and The Fleming Law Group. I did and it was absolutely the right decision. I was charged with some pretty significant felony offenses by my now former girlfriend that would have possibly landed me in prison. The case hinged on the deposition of the alleged victim. Mr. Fleming was able to cross examine this person during the deposition which showed her to be less than truthful about her testimony.
