I retained this firm to aid me with expungement of records which took place when I was a minor; unfortunately, 6 years later my records continues to come up. This firm was washed their hand by stating that they have done their job, and now it is all up to the Department of Justice (DOJ). I just wish they would have advice me that this was the case before making such a huge investment, which I thought would help my future. I have had several job offers pending background clearance, but due to the mistake I made when I was a teenager and the inability for this firm to expunge my record I have been denied those jobs. I have contacted them on numerous occasions and now they won't even reply to my emails. It is unfortunate that someone would just take money and not provide the service they promised.
