John Fitzsimmons and his team were great to work with. I was settling my sister's estate and lived out of the Rochester area. My sister had quite a few credit accounts and settlement issues including her pension. While I probably could have handled , being at distance John's team made everything seamless for the settlement of the estate-especially getting appointed as administer and estate Tax forms which would have taken me weeks to resolve. He and his team were easy to work with, easy to communicate with via phone and email. Keep in mind if you run into even a simple estate to manage, the amount of personal time in closing affairs and making sure all the required filings are in-place is not trivial and mistakes can cause delays and other problems. The fees charged were consistent for the time involved and expertise offered by a strong professional team like John has.
