Traci did an amazing job! The case was an uphill custody battle from start to finish for me as an unwed father of a 2-year old girl. My ex was trying to take everything, including my daughter, and making wild accusations, false statements and evidence. Traci came in, after my prior attorney (different firm) had to step down due to a family emergency. From there, Traci managed to get me from near 0 time with my daughter to 50/50. As things proceeded, and the opposing counsel pressured, she remained firm and utilized my evidence, counter-evidence and facts to attain a resolution where I kept the 50% structure! So, now my daughter and I get to spend a lot of quality time together not limited by my controlling ex. While I know I have to deal with my ex longer term, and that will be a challenge, the Fenchel firm set a strong foundation for me and were extremely helpful and empathetic through the entire process and got results! First and foremost, I want to begin by saying that Fenchel Family Law is an exemplary firm and demonstrates the type of professionalism, integrity and ethics that should be expected of all law firms. Unfortunately, that is most certainly not the case. If you are searching for a family law attorney , I can stay with confidence and without hesitation , my sole recommendation is Ms. Jennifer Ani. Ms. Ani has represented me for the past year and a half in a child support/custody " battle" to say the least. Ms. Ani accomplished what most would deem impossible. I can finally say with an overwhelming amount of joy, my case is closed and the outcome was exactly what Ms Ani and I intended/ hoped for. She accomplished exactly what she said she would all while Insuring my daughter's well-being remain priority throughout the case. On the contrary, it was an extremely complicated case that involved sexual assault allegations, child protective services, possible weapon charges, alleged drug use, kidnapping, money laundering and the llist is endless. Most attorneys would shy away from such a case, but not Ms Ani. She was not intimidated by the work ahead of her, rather she was confident in her ability to get justice and protect my daughter. I was kept up-to-date on every detail including, but not limited to email communication with opposing counsel. There were no surprises, and all of my questions were answered in a timely manner (anyone who has ever had an attorney knows that is not a common occurrence) Going to court can be overwhelming, intimidating and better yet distressing, especially when your child is involved. Ms. Ani made it a priority to ensure I was more than prepared for each hearing leaving no detail untouched. I felt confident having her by my side throughout this difficult time. I am not sure I would've been able to hold it together as I did without her support, knowledge, compassion, and of course, representation.
