First of all I would like to thank the team at feller and went for all of the work that they did and in particular Chelsea, Jamie and Miles who went above and beyond in the case endeavors. You are wonderful people and please be an inspiration and example to the others on your team. I will say a few things about some opportunities that I think the team has in particular Colton, Shirley, Valeria. I had several moments throughout the case that it was difficult to get in contact with or have contact returned to me in order to receive updates on my case. There were a few cultural barriers as well. There were several moments where I was cut off during my meetings on the phone with certain individuals. I had to make soft reminders that I'm the client and I need to be heard. I am not another number; I am a person and in my case in particular, I was in dire need of exponential assistance. I was so beyond stressed with everything that was happening, the last thing I needed were people ignoring me and treating me like I was not important. After speaking with Chelsea and Jamie things were rectified relatively quickly and assurances were given out and calls were returned. I then spoke with Miles who is a like-minded individual in diamond client service. He heard my problem and had excellent feedback. When looking at this review just know that the team definitely has things to work on as far as being empathetic, respectful, attentive, creative and punctual. It surprises me that the head attorney treated me the way he did. I have more but I tend to be a very long-winded person so I will end it here. Thank you team and good luck going forward.

Honestly i want to say first and foremost this was my first accident i have been apart of. My Lawyers didn’t really seem as engaged with me and this case has been going on for me for 2 years. I Think they could’ve done a better job at closing the case because there were a lot of delays. But if i ever get into another accident god forbid i will be taking my business elsewhere
