I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this law firm over a speeding ticket. I hired them for a ticket where I was just 11 mph over the limit while delivering food to homeless people in the Bronx. My case got postponed for three years due to COVID, and despite my detailed email explaining my situation, it felt like they didn’t even bother to read it. The service was a joke. On the day of my court date, the receptionist was rude and dismissive, acting like they knew everything I needed to know. It was obvious they were just after my money and had zero interest in actually helping me. They already have pre-typed documents ready to send when you’re found guilty, making it clear they don’t care about your case. Honestly, I should have just pled guilty, taken the points, and paid the fine myself. Save your time and money—this firm is not worth it if you want real support. Avoid them at all costs!
