I had a consultation call with the associate attorney Lauri and I can tell from the beginning she was not interested in the case. During our call she kept saying “I don’t know” multiple times. The call was supposed to be a strategy session but there was no strategy except for vague advices. She wasn’t leading the conversation I had to lead it. She was also unprepared and going through the receptionist’s notes prior to our call. I had high hopes due to the excellent reviews but after my call with Lauri I’m changing my mind. The front desk was nice and professional. So I’m giving them 3 stars.
