They offered services, gave costs and how the process would proceed then completely went silent! I had a consult with Mr Faro and at the end of the call he said he’d email a retainer contract and invoice that afternoon. I agreed to all of the costs and the process he recommended, then he never followed through. Completely went dark. I called the office 3 times and sent an email over the course of the next 7 days. No response, no explanation, no recommendation for another firm (I’m assuming this is why he never got back to me because he thought my case was too small for him). He made it seem like he had a good grasp on what I needed to do, then never followed through for me. So disappointing and unprofessional. I wasted 7 days, which according to him time was of the extreme essence, waiting to see if he would call or send the email. Bad business.
