I contacted Bill in early January about my child custody/divorce, after getting things started with my case he handed things over to Nina Sousa and Kendall Kapitzke They were amazing every step of the way. I was a nervous mess and scared to go through divorce, Nina and Kendall helped make all my worries go away shortly after contacting them. They always answered my questions/concerns promptly, had my best interest at heart, and made sure I got everything in my divorce I divorce. Run away, run as fast as you can away from this firm. I wish I could leave no stars in the review!! They will take your money and give you nothing in return. Bill will give you a good front at first and then hand you off to a weak, inexperienced lawyer. After months of getting things established, all zoom, we finally went in for temp custody orders. Nina, my attorney, did nothing to defend me or speak up for my rights and I ended up getting completely railroaded form my wife's attorney. When I complained about the results, Bill decided that they didn't want to continue with my case. They refunded me next to nothing after giving me horrible representation. My new attorney was astonished with what they charged considering the damage that occurred. Please, take my advice and shop around. This law firm hires weak attorneys with bad reputations. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!! Divorce is hard enough without having a bad attorney.
