I’ve been sitting in court for an hour and half. The lawyer didn’t show up nor did he notify me that he wouldn’t be here. I Paid $3700 for a lawyer not to show up in court. The receptionist Lindsey was very rude and unprofessional. Would NOT do business with again. Take your hard earned money somehere else. Update - Lawyer shows up 1 hour and half later and says “ I have other clients besides you and thanks for the review” -Funny thing is they didn’t have that energy when they took my money. Poor communication with entitled attitude. Didn’t even apologize for being late.Never again. DONT do business with!

Attorney Fanney did not show up for my court case. After sitting in court for an hour and a half waiting for him and calling his office to be told that he was on the way, another attorney Jeff Jackson shows up. First, this was very unprofessional to lie and say he was on the way when he was attending to another client. It was told to me that he was hung up at a DMV hearing. Communication from the start was poor. After our initial conversation on the phone about the case, I did not hear from him again until I called several times complaining and requesting my money back. I would not recommend him or Jeff Jackson. Just my opinion.

Several promises made during our initial consultation with this lawyer that were never delivered upon. Our dates for trial surrounding a DUI were postponed multiple times due to this lawyer's personal schedule. Very difficult to connect directly with the attorney and not responsive in a timely fashion to requests. Overall, it was a total waste of a lot of money!

From the beginning of my case, Mr. Fanney was upfront and truthful, giving me the HONEST worst-case scenario; letting my family and I know that nothing is guaranteed.
