And this crazy world we live in today we have so many people that are so busy and that's an understandable thing however with most of the people I encounter the one problem that I see is people don't like to listen I had an accident and I was injured I went through my entire case and I ended up having my case dropped because I seek counsel and the the attorney that I had was unable to or unwilling to get the information for my case after my attorney dropped my case I ended up doing the research on my own which is not something that I would expect to have to do seeing how an attorney was hired and I ended up having to go through five or six different attorneys none of which who would listen they wanted to tell me what happened in this accident and they weren't there so they weren't able to gather the information through active listening and listening to hear not listening to respond my last attorney that I came across was Eric Kirk I was at my last leg and I thought to myself this attorney is probably not going to listen but amazingly as soon as he answered the phone I could tell that this man was professional he understood active listening he was also patient with me because he understood my frustration that is so rare and I just wanted to give this man a recommendation because his skills as a human being and as an attorney go far and above what is expected of someone in the service industry I advise that anyone that has a case and wants to be heard and understood and deal with someone that is patient and an active listener and effective and efficient at the job you perform attorney Kirk is definitely the way to go I'm almost looking forward to my next legal issue so that I can hire him. It was very clear that he was not just about a dollar but he was interested in what I went through and how we could solve the problem through his ability to actively listen to understand and not listening to respond it's a rare quality and I think that as consumers spending our money we need to stand up and not deal with those that are not willing to hear us and value us as their bread and butter again my experience with attorney Kirk is something that I'm excited to share with people because of the fact that his qualities are rare his service it's superlative and his humanity is above and beyond. As an artist I think maybe a little faster than most and I'm very creative so sometimes I might be a little difficult to listen to in my brain is going a million miles a minute and if anyone can be patient with me they can be patient with anyone so I'm glad to share this review and I'm hoping that others will contact attorney Kirk and look together the same experience will everything be perfect all the time no but it helps a lot when someone is just willing to hear you.
