I recently hired Mr. Risk as an attorney for my son who has a drug addiction. He has struggled for many years with a drug addiction, and I have fought right alongside him. It has been a long journey, and he has been through many court proceedings. I have hired many attorneys over the years for my son, and I have to say that Mr. Risk is the best most caring, genuine man you can have on your side! I have nothing but respect and high regards for Mr. Risk and his dedication to helping give people a second chance. I highly recommend Mr. Risk for any legal needs. He is by far the best attorney I have ever had the opportunity to actually watch him in action is very impressive. Also, with his extremely long law experience has enabled him to have a very large network that he is very highly regarded in. I gave him a 10 out of 10! I wouldn’t want anyone else by my side in a court room.

Got screwed out of a estimated 8k. All to get 30 days work release and the remaining time on probation for my first felony (which was a F6 lowest level.) Basically getting maxed out. Very arrogant made me feel like I was screwed even though I thought hiring a attorney with his much experience would be very helpful. Very wrong. Not to mention 1k just to step foot in a courtroom for a probation violation hearing and tell me the same thing a public defender could.

Eric Risk knows all the right people (He’s one of the Good Ol Boys here in Johnson county). so if you’re facing serious criminal charges w no options it might be worth it but he will ROB you. I paid over 3k for him to talk to me for 25 mins total (20 of those minutes were spent talking about himself and how great he is) and 1 piece of advice. I wanted him to negotiate my situation. He didn’t look it over, negotiate it. Nothing. I did everything on my own. I did all of the work! Then he offered me a “discount” to get it expunged. He ROBBED me. He’s robbed my sister and 2 other ppl I recommended to him. For 3k he cldve said hey, this needs to be expunged immediately. That would’ve been something. If you’re not trying to get away w murder, it’s not worth it. He will take your money and run. My case should have cost me $500 at most. He price gouged me and he knows it. I used to recommend him to everybody, I now tell everybody to be careful. He is a criminal himself.
