After hiring Teri Pham on a flat rate basis who demanded the $20,000.00 be paid in advance I paid the entire fee and then as we prepared for our first hearing just 10 days later two days before the hearing she demanded another $30,000 in advance or said she wouldn't attend the hearing. I was forced to hire new counsel in Los Angeles who with no time to prepare lost the arbitration hearing sending me into 4 years of civil litigation. Based upon her completely improper actions it is believed Pham conspired with her former partners who were opposing counsel in the case. Pham has a clear past history for similar case actions as reporter by the SBA. New counsel is preparing a legal malpractice case seeking $1mm in damages in Nevada.

Normally I would wait till im finished working with someone before I write the review. However, this is a special case. I made the mistake of hiring David Glass for a simple prenup. Maybe that's just it, its too simple and mundane for him to have the common courtesy to respond to emails in a timely fashion. I have a simple question and it literally takes 5-6 emails for him to respond. I'm over it. At this point it might be on the verge of you know what. I'm getting married in 6 weeks and this guy cant respond. Awful
