I was a basketcase after being laid off from my job. I wanted an attorney to review my separation agreement to make sure it was fair and to also educate me on my legal responsibilities. I did not want to fight the terms of the separation unless something egregious was identified. So, Tim Dowers agreed to review the agreement and meet with me afterward. First, Tim is such a kind person - sort of rare these days I think! Second, Tim was extremely clear in his explanation and he took the time to walk me through each section of the agreement. He was also compassionate and empathetic which gave me immense comfort. He never looked at his watch or made me feel rushed. He not only answered my questions during my meeting with him, but after I left, I had additional questions that surfaced, and Tim provided answers within an hour. His fee to review my agreement was extremely reasonable and I honestly felt like I could not have picked someone better regarding this issue - he is extremely knowledgeable.
