Really bad about communicating the court processes and the my case portal they use is not user friendly, so when you ask about the billing even Susan have a difficult time going through it. On top of that, I didn’t seem like a priority for them. Maybe because I was a father in a family law case. Because every time I called to get an update on the case, I had to recap what was done on the case so far for them ,as well as, the evidence I provided. At the end of it all, it was the other party’s job to write the final docs. Instead of informing me, Elton Jenkins Law decided to do it and charge me $412.60 for the doc creation.
